Management Reporter is a financial reporting and analysis solution for Microsoft Dynamics ERP. Management Reporter replaces Microsoft FRx and has new features aimed at improving functionality and performance.

The following features are characteristics of Management Reporter:

  • In the same way as FRx, it utilizes rows, columns and trees in order to build a report
  • There is a new navigation pane showing all available reports in a report library
  • New report viewing options: can have graphics in header of report, negative numbers can be shown in red and ability to insert column breaks
  • New report designer options: can view report definitions, row definitions, column definitions, reporting tree definitions and security in the task pane - can be used to view the different definitions for a certain report and edit each definition

Existing the FRx Financial Report Writer ver 6.7 will be supported until 2012.  Existing clients who are using FRx 6.7 will be able to migrate to Management Reporter as it suits them to do so during this period.
